Frequently asked questions about InvictaFit
Can I sell memberships online and pause them?
Yes. InvictaFit manages memberships with term and pause functions as well as points wallets with automatic top-up. Contracts are signed digitally during onboarding.
Does check-in work with a QR code?
Yes. A QR scanner check-in is available at reception – the deduction from the membership or points account is only made once. In addition, there is a check-in-based access control.
Can members pay with TWINT?
Yes. Payments are possible by card, TWINT and SEPA. Open items are managed with Swiss QR-bills and automatic payment reminders.
Is there an app with my studio logo?
Yes. Your members see appointments, training plan, progress and payments in an app – on request with your studio logo as your own branded app.
Does the system create health insurance confirmations (Tariff 595)?
Yes. InvictaFit creates health insurance confirmations according to Tariff 595 as XML 5.0 and PDF so that your members can claim the contribution from their supplemental insurance.
Will you migrate the data from my old software?
Yes. If your current system offers an export or API interface, we will handle the import of your existing member and customer data.
Does InvictaFit also work for EMS studios and personal training?
Yes. Training plans, EMS sessions, individual appointments, medical history with digital signature and InBody measurements are part of the system – suitable for studios, EMS providers and personal trainers.
What does InvictaFit cost?
InvictaFit is modular: you only pay for the functions you enable. For the first 50 sign-ups, the founder offer applies: the all-in-one solution including your own app for CHF 100.– per month in the first year, then CHF 150.– per month – as long as infrastructure and AI costs do not increase.

InvictaFit is built on the Invicta platform: modules can be enabled and disabled individually, hosted in Switzerland and compliant with the Swiss data protection law. You only pay for the functions you enable.
