Personal details & insurance
Name, date of birth, address, AHV number and emergency contact; health insurer, policy number and supplementary insurance – in the event of an accident, additionally date of accident, claim number and insurer.
Referral upload
Patients photograph the doctor's referral or upload the PDF: doctor, date, type (1st to 4th or long-term) and number of sessions – securely transmitted with encryption.
Digital medical history
Complaints, pre-existing conditions, medication and goals – optionally via voice input.
Consents with digital signature

How the Invicta platform works
Modular subscription with packages
You start with a preconfigured industry package and can switch functions on or off individually at any time. On the “My subscription” page, you see the new monthly price live before you confirm – you only pay for what you really use.
Fair subscription rules
The first month is free. Turning on takes effect immediately and is billed pro rata, turning off applies at the end of the month. Your data remains available for 90 days after deactivation.
We handle your complete data migration
We fully handle the import of your existing customers, appointments and data for you – you do not need to transfer anything yourself. The only requirement is that your current system offers an export (e.g. CSV) or an API interface. This way, you can switch without interruption and without data loss.
Still in a subscription with your old provider?
No problem – you pay nothing with us until your current subscription has been cancelled: for up to one year. This way, you switch without double costs, and your team can transition at ease.
Own app with your logo
Your industry app as a separate listing in the App Store and Play Store – with your name, logo and colours. On request, it can also be configured on your own server: full control over your data and everything fully customisable. Setup on request.
One app for your customers
Your customers download the app, select your business by search, QR code or invitation link – and see exactly the functions you have activated. One account works even across multiple businesses.
AI credits included
Every subscription includes an allowance of AI, SMS and WhatsApp credits. Additional credits can be purchased at any time by card – with no hidden extra costs: when they run out, the function stops or asks for more.
Data protection under Swiss law
Data processing agreement (DPA) with every customer, storage location Switzerland, encryption and audit log. Health data is particularly protected – compliant with the revised Data Protection Act (revDSG).
